Red Earth Frosting

1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon red food coloring
4 tablespoons brewed coffee
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
